Speculation coming out of the WWE suggests that the Undertaker may be facing a long period on the sidelines following surgery on his torn rotator cuff. Some suggest that his recuperation may be as long as 4-6 months, depending on the extent of the surgery/injury and rehab.
With arguably one of the biggest draws in Wrestlemania history now possibly out, it threatens the economic success of the entire event. Given that Taker/Shawn dominated the last two WM's, this coming March spectacular is in danger of having a relatively weak card.
Gone are Jericho, Shawn, Batista and now, possibly, Taker. It could be offset with the return of Bleacher Report - Pro Wrestling
