March 23, 2001 is a day that will be remembered by many old school wrestling fans as a day that changed the landscape of the wrestling community forever.
Of course, you know that the date I'm referring to is the day that the World Wrestling Federation, now known as WWE, purchased World Championship Wrestling.
This sale resulted in one of the most infamous story lines and – to many – the worst feud of all time. The story started with the invasion of WCW superstars, which were later joined by the ECW superstars.
