NXT Season 2 winner Kaval was the latest Smackdown babyface to get the ax by the WWE today. This comes as no surprise since Kaval was constantly jobbing to various superstars during his brief stay in the World Wrestling Federation.
According to various sources, WWE Creative wanted The Miz's lackey, Alex Riley, to win Season 2 of NXT. His over-the-top personality impressed Vince McMahon. The "Varsity Villain" also helped his mentor be the current WWE Champion, not to mention the heat he gets and the so-called "it" factor.
