Today's WWE's second quarter results were chocked full of news and surprises.
There were both lows (WWE Network only had 700,000 paid subscribers as of June 30, meaning more than one out of every seven subscribers have cancelled already) and highs (a new 10-year deal in Canada and significant profitability improvements for 2014 and 2015). There were surprises (WWE Network is launching globally in two weeks), and there was plenty of corporate double-talk.
