Get ready and brace yourselves for we will, once again, be bewildered by this fabled catchphrase ("Excuse me!") You guessed it right, Vickie Guerrero was appointed as new permanent RAW GM just moments ago live on USA.
But all these may never happen becuase just recently, the "cougar" herself frantically resigned from her post as GM. Seems that our "Permanent" GM was not permanent at all. Expect loads more of guest hosts on Monday Nights.
