After weeks of hype, Big E Langston was finally granted the opportunity to challenge Curtis Axel for the Intercontinental Championship on WWE's Monday Night Raw. With Paul Heyman nowhere to be seen, Axel was forced to prove he could defend the prestigious belt on his own.
