There was a time when TNA was the talk of the town, twice in fact. There was the time when its X Division was superior to its heavyweight, and then we were lucky enough to see quality women wrestling thanks to their Knockouts.
Currently, however, TNA has relegated its X Division to the outhouse, only showcasing those men when it seems there is five to seven minutes to fill on a pay-per-view card.
The X Division champion, Amazing Red, before Monday, hadn’t been on television in over a month.
As for the women, there are still quality wrestlers there, but since the departure of Gail Kim, the luster seems to have left the division. Yet, the Knockouts continue to garner TNA’s highest ratings.
