Former WWE and TNA champion Jeff Hardy is expected to enter a guilty plea to drug charges stemming from a September 2009 raid on his home in Cameron, NC.
Hardy is scheduled to appear in Moore County Superior Court Thursday to answer charges of trafficking in opium, two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling to keep a controlled substance, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to District Attorney Maureen Krueger, Hardy's attorney told a judge in November that his client intended to plead guilty to the charges.
