The idea of a PPV between Smackdown and Raw is simple yet it took WWE seven years from the original split to make it happen. This was most likely because it used to occur at Survivor Series... the team based PPV that takes place next month.
Not a smart move by any account WWE. It kills the buy rates for both events!
