At WWE Hell in a Cell, John Cena defeated Randy Orton to earn a shot at reclaiming the WWE World title from Brock Lesnar. Brock Lesnar's return to pay-per-view is not without its share of ambiguity. Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter (h/t WrestlingInc) recently reported that Lesnar was booked for the Royal Rumble, indicating this could be the date when he faces John Cena. Hell in a Cell's main event was in itself both a peak and a valley for WWE. A pair of men demanding to become the company's next marquee stars made an emphatic statement inside a rattling steel enclosure. It was hard to hear that statement, though, over all the snickering. Brock Lesnar is the current WWE world heavyweight champion.  The man known as The Beast Incarnate won the title back at SummerSlam on August 17, and since then no one has been able to even come close to dethroning him as the most dominant champion perhaps of all time.
