WWE: Why Is Edge Interfering in Matches and Attacking Randy Orton?
On April - 29 - 2010
After a great pay-per-view event, ER, last night's RAW was just as good. The heavyweight champ, John Cena was more or less the general manager for the night.
At the start of the show, Sheamus came out, grabbed a mic and proceeded to tell the champ that he was going to go for his belt.
Randy Orton made his way down to the ring to the sounds of his entrance theme to confront the Celtic Warrior. They are the same in ways and yet different in others.
Now in the middle of their yakking, Batista decided to come out with the spotlight directly ...
TNA Knockouts: State of Displeasure?
On April - 29 - 2010
With the recent announcement that Tara is on her way out of TNA, along with the departure of Awesome Kong and rumored unhappiness of Taylor Wilde, it seems that TNA is in trouble when it comes to the Knockouts.
With the recent storylines involving the Tag Titles and the Knockouts Title itself, I'd say the women have something to complain about.
It was not that long ago when it seemed TNA was doing something the WWE doesn't: using the girls, and using them right. It was then, as it is now, that the TNA Knockouts are a ratings draw, and are often ...
The Art of Marking Out
On April - 29 - 2010
One of the most maligned names in the Wrestling World, other than Vince Russo, is “Mark.”
It’s the place where most Wrestling fans start from yet, it's still looked down upon by a certain type of fan.
So, what's so wrong with a little emotional involvement once in a while?
Most Wrestling fans will remember a time when we actually thought the Ultimate Warrior was a great Wrestler. We might even recall passionately arguing in the playground that Kevin Nash would win because he was "bigger and stronger."
As kids we were all marks, not just enjoying the performances but believing in them, too.
Eventually, we got smart. Not only is Santa ...

On April - 29 - 2010
According to TMZ.com, the Los Angeles Police Department is investigating battery accusations against former WWE Diva, Joanie "Chyna" Laurer. Laurer is accused of assaulting a female friend, Gabriella Targos, at a Sherman Oaks, California, motel Saturday night.
Known to wrestling fans as "Chyna", Laurer worked for World Wrestling Entertainment from 1997 to 2001.
During her tenure, she was a WWE Women's Champion and a 2-time Intercontinental Champion.
According to Targos, Laurer called her and asked her to meet at the motel. Targos stated that when she arrived at the motel, Laurer began to attack her for no reason, punching her in the face, dragging ...
WWE and the Importance of the Heels, From Shawn Michaels To Edge
On April - 29 - 2010
From Andre The Giant to Shawn Michaels and from Triple H to Edge without forgetting Randy Orton, the heel characters have always been essential to WWE success.
Traditionally, with the likes of Andre and The Iron Sheik, the heel figures generated as much heat as today's bad guys. But they didn't have a huge fans base as today's Chris Jericho or CM Punk.
That being said, let me present you the two main requirements to have a solid heel run.
1. Generating actual heat
The fans don't want cheap heat such as Sheamus attacks on HHH or Cena. Those aggressions will only generate ...
He’s Better Than You: What Makes CM Punk Great?
On April - 29 - 2010
CM Punk is the top heel on WWE’s Friday Night Smackdown! How did he get to where he is? What makes him great?
There is no formula to success in the world of professional wrestling but CM Punk has without a doubt found that success. I’ve done the research, now I’m going to tell you what I’ve found.
Phillip Jack Brooks was born on October 26, 1978 in Chicago, Illinois. CM Punk found his calling at a young age while watching Rowdy Roddy Piper feud with Superfly Jimmy Snuka and he got his start in professional wrestling at the Steel Domain wrestling ...
Veteran Divas vs Rookie Divas, WWE Style
On April - 28 - 2010
If I had to pick the Veterans for the divas division of the WWE, I would pick the following: Melina, Michelle McCool, Beth Phoenix, Jillian Hall, and Gail Kim.
All of these divas can wrestle, and can put on a great matches. Melina is the creative in-ring performer who you want to see more in matches.
Michelle McCool is the history-making diva. Beth Phoenix is the powerhouse, who dominates anyone, including some males. Jillian Hall is the jobber, that helps the rookies look good in the ring.
Last but not least, we have Gail Kim. She is the ultimate Veteran. All of these ...
2010 WWE Draft Grades: Who Were the Biggest Winners/ Losers?
On April - 28 - 2010
Well, the 2010 WWE Draft had plenty of surprises in store. In my opinion, RAW got the better end of the deal by getting the likes of Edge, Chris Jericho, John Morrison, R-Truth, The Great Khali, and the Hart Dynasty while Smackdown countered with Superstars like Kofi Kingston, Kelly Kelly, the Big Show, Christian, MVP, and Cody Rhodes.
And so without further ado, here are the draft picks and that the future has in store for these superstars.Begin Slideshow
WWE Draft Aftermath Part Two: The Supplemental Picks
On April - 28 - 2010
After another day of draft picks galore, both Raw and Smackdown have transfigured rosters.
On Tuesday, the WWE conducted the 2010 supplemental draft, a draft that is slightly larger and makes picks that are meant to be smaller than the ones displayed on TV.
This year, though, some picks in this year's "second round" seem to be larger than others.
The supplemental draft brought about some interesting changes that could end up being big.
If the WWE creative staff ends up doing things right, some of these moves could mean a lot to the superstars involved.
MVP to Smackdown
Montel Vontavious Porter was supposed to start his eventual ...
Joe’s 411: TNA Knockouts Wilde, Sarita, Tara Leaving and Going to WWE?
On April - 28 - 2010
In what can only been seen as a big surprise to many, there are reports surfacing that say three TNA Knockouts are going to leave the company and potentially head to the WWE, and two of them are former TNA Knockouts' Champions.
I heard back in December that Taylor Wilde and Sarita would be dropping their Knockout Tag Titles in January simply because Wilde was believed to be leaving for the WWE. The issue was that her deal wasn't going to be up until this month or next. However, both former tag champs' deals are going to be up, which means ...
